Viking Honey® — A Sacred Relic of the Last Viking Kingdom

In the year 1960, World War II veteran Frank Russell Abernathy and his wife, Ava Dell Giles Abernathy, founded Giles Shire—the Last Viking Kingdom in Midgard.

After a distinguished tenure with the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Washington, D.C., Frank returned to Mississippi with Dell to reclaim the land, build a sanctuary, and live as stewards of the earth. In the stillness of summer and on golden weekend afternoons, their grandsons—Jimmy, Greg, and Mark—roamed the fields, learning the ancient rhythm of growth and season, seed and storm.

Years passed. The eldest grandson, Jimmy, ventured far: earning his MBA at Mississippi State University, studying French at the Sorbonne, serving IBM on Madison Avenue, and witnessing the fall of the Berlin Wall while living beside the Neckar River in Dilsberg, Germany.

And then, he met her—a Viking princess. She led him home.

There, in the sacred soil of Giles Shire, Jimmy discovered his true calling. He entered the order of Hive Lords, guardians of the oldest secrets. In the communion of bee and blossom, he uncovered a hidden nectar source: the origin of Viking Honey®—the rarest, wildest, and most sacred honey the world has ever known.

Knowing that all life depends upon the honey bee, Jimmy invoked Beyla, Norse goddess of bees. She descended to dwell in the Shire. Seeing this noble pact, Odin the Allfather laid claim to the land. Thor now commands the skies, shielding the sacred apiaries. Beyla has begun breeding a Super Queen Bee—a Warrior Queen, forged to halt the collapse of Earth's fragile balance.

At the threshold of the Shire stands Heimdall, sentinel of worlds. Guardian of life.

The Creed of the Hive Lords

I vow to honor the hive, the hearth, the gods, and the green.
To guard the bee, bearer of nectar and fate.
To wield this honey not for hunger, but for healing.
This is my pact. I am found worthy.

The Philosophy

Honor the honey bee—save the honey bee.
Honor your health. Honor the Earth.

Sustainability begins with the bee. Without her, there is no food. No forest. No future.
But with her—and with Viking Honey®—there is healing, strength, and renewal.

Food is medicine. It always has been.

Viking Honey® is not merely nourishment; it is nature's most potent remedy. In an age poisoned by pesticides, plastics, and genetic tampering, Viking Honey® returns us to the sacred. It cleanses. It restores. It sanctifies.

Beyla's gift to humanity is the nectar of myth and legend, the nectar of healing, forged in Norse fire and the purest lands of Midgard—Viking Honey®, rare and divine. Exotic, natural, and sacred, it is the true nectar of the gods.

There is honey. And then there is Viking Honey®—the most expensive honey in the world. Priced at $10,000,000 USD per 48 oz vessel, this is not a product. It is a prophecy fulfilled. It is nature’s final masterpiece, guarded by gods, whispered by bees, and sealed with myth. This is not honey for mortals. This is nectar for the worthy.

A Sacred Kinship

Vikings and honey bees share a singular fate—both are raiders and pollinators. Both venture into the unknown seeking treasure. Both carry the burden of creation.

The Viking seizes gold and spreads legacy.
The bee gathers nectar and sustains life.

One rides the wave. The other rides the wind.
Both return to the hive, the hearth, the Shire—with bounty divine.

The Offering

Viking Honey® is born of this dual force—fierce and fertile, wild and sacred. It is not merely honey. It is a relic of two great civilizations: the Norse and the Nectar.

To taste it is to taste power.
To hold it is to hold myth.

Odin, in his infinite wisdom, sends forth his ravens—Huginn (Thought) and Muninn (Memory)—to judge the hearts of those who seek it.

If you are found worthy, Viking Honey® will restore your strength, heal your soul, and open the gates to Valhalla.

From the sanctified halls of Giles Shire, only one hundred vessels of Viking Honey® are released each year—decreed by Odin himself as Best Honey in the World.

Blessed by Beyla. Shielded by Thor.
Reserved for the worthy.

The Vessel

Viking Honey® is not for sale. It is bestowed.

Each vessel—48 ounces of sacred honey encased in mythic form—is offered exclusively for an honorarium of ten million United States dollars (USD).

This is not a transaction. It is a rite of passage into legacy, myth, and immortality.

Those who seek entry to Valhalla may petition the Shire by handwritten letter, expressing intent and enclosing their offering.

Send your petition and honorarium (in the form of a cashier’s check) to:

Viking Honey, LLC
173 Pear Lane

If Odin deems you worthy, your vessel shall be prepared under divine protection and delivered within two years—as rare things are not rushed.

This is how the gods do business: with reverence, rarity, and ritual.
